Jeff Stone, CEO has developed and built homes to high-rises, provides a unique understanding of the real estate and construction market place. As a land trust advocate and sustainable minded infill growth developer Jeff always puts quality and community first.

Jeff is an advocate for the fair treatment of labor, land and resources. Striving to make better decisions for our future growth so that our impact illuminates the opportunity to develop intelligently and fairly.

Jeff holds his JD from UC Davis and undergrad degree from UCLA.  He previously served on the China Green Energy Council and presently serves on the board of Save Mount Diablo and the Assistance Justice League.

To date, Diamond Construction has completed more than 350+ residential and commercial projects producing some of the most unique and extraordinary buildings.

Diamond Construction Inc. has a General Contractors License with theState of California, is bonded and fully insured with General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance.

At the forefront of progress

Currently running a vertically-integrated construction and development company (Diamond Construction), a VC-funded prop-tech startup (Enkasa Homes), and development advising for Westbank Corporation, and an active advisor in multiple venture back prop tech startups. Jeff has a unique understanding of the real estate and construction market place. As a land trust advocate and sustainable minded infill growth developer he puts quality and community first. Most importantly,  he is an advocate for the fair treatment of labor, land and resources.
